I view the individual as whole, and complete, with a creative intelligence innately rooted in the seat of their being. I integrate Eastern Spirituality, with Western Perspectives on Psychological healing, and give my clients an integrative experience in change and growth.
I have a Masters degree in East-West Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), in which I studied Eastern holistic mind-body-spirit and Western Depth Psychology approaches to change and growth. I deepened my knowledge in counseling and therapy with a second Masters degree in Expressive Arts Therapy and Counseling Psychology from CIIS.
My orientation is rooted in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, which I received an in-depth training and supervision at the prestigious Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills. I am a certified 200HR Yoga teacher and bring an embodied and mindfulness-based approach to Holistic Healing.
